Thank you for shopping at BYOKO, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by BYOKO on the website: 

BYOKO is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Provided the products i.e. sugar scrubs you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please keep in mind that times may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order. 

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

2. SHIPPING 

BYOKO offers a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all U.S. Domestic Orders. All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

BYOKO may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.


3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide through the appropriate shipping company. If your package has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact the relevant shipping company according to the tracking number provided or contact us for further assistance and information.

5. DELAYS

BYOKO is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, BYOKO is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

6. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. 

7. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. BYOKO will not take responsibility or make returns for undelivered packages.  

8. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

BYOKO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. 

9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

BYOKO recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. BYOKO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

Returns

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through: https://byokonatural.com

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We love our sugar scrubs and their unique scents, and we hope you will fall in love with them too. Unfortunately, since all sugar scrubs are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept any returns or refunds at this time.

2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you are not completely in love with your purchase because you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please note the following information:

We only accept exchanges on defective, damaged or incorrectly scented items. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping container to show some wear and tear. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@byokonatural.com.

3. EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

In order to make an exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.

  • The product must be sealed and in the same condition in which you received it (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged). To ensure a speedy resolution, please retain the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. 

  • To complete the exchange, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, as well as a photo of the defective, damaged or wrong item. 

Please send the exchange request with the required information to the following email:  support@byokonatural.com.

Once the exchange request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email and the replacement item will be sent to you within 2-3 working days free of charge. Do not send the defective, damaged or incorrect item back to the manufacturer.
